Harry

Harry Edward Styles or Harry Styles as he's referred to to the pop world, is an British singing and composing. Harry Styles belongs to the band One Direction. He was born in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire, England on the 1st of February 1994. He's the child of Des Styles and Anne Cox. Harry Styles went to the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive school, and with his three classmates, formed a musical group dubbed White Eskimo. Their excellent performances helped them win in the Battle of Bands 2009. He was always interested in the arts, however he also wished to become an attorney, physiotherapist or even scout. In the past, he was employed part-time in a bakery in his city with the aim of helping people financially in the home. In the year 2010, Harry Styles presented audition for The X Factor where he sang Is not She Lovely by Stevie Wonder and was selected. The group was then forced to split up because of the fact that they were selected. Nicole Scherzinger told Harry Styles, Liam Payne Zayn Milik Niall Horan, and Louis Tomlinson that they'd form a group named One Direction after the X Test audition. Simon Cowell sponsored this five-person group and they were formed in 2010. They sang Kelly Clarkson's My Life Would Be Sucky Without You and Bonnie Tyler's Total Eclipse of the Heart in the competition, which helped them become one of the frontrunners to win the contest. However they were placed third just behind Rebecca Ferguson and winner Matt Cardle. Even though Harry Styles and his group did not win Cowell signed a deal worth 2 million pounds for One Direction to sign with the Syco Record label.
